Working for the last two decades with people from diverse backgrounds, brings an invaluable world of
knowledge & experience to my curriculum vitae. Facing a large variety of situations, on several different
scenarios, brought me to acquire specialized training on numerous areas, focusing nowadays on accounting,

Projects

Pros vs Heroes

January 2015 to Present

Two months prior Super Bowl XLIX, I was called to work on marketing the Pros vs Heroes event in Arizona.
This charity event, now in Arizona brought a team of former NFL players to participate on a match against
local Heroes, in this case the Fire Fighter team from Chandler. The event was to raise awareness and funds
for the Child Crisis Center.
Definitely, we got the attention of the community, thanks to the support of many organizations such as the
Mayor’s office in Mesa, Mesa Public Schools, local TV channels and digital media partners.
Marketing for Pros vs Heroes’ events was a pleasure and a huge satisfaction, knowing that we competed with
multi-million marketing firms, promoting the Super Bowl in AZ the same weekend, was a huge challenge,
however we still managed to present a successful event.

Tennessee River System Solar Park

May 2012 to Present

DEGERenergie shipped 112 DEGERtraker with MLD technology to Apex Construction Services, LLC,
in the USA and installed them together with Apex´ construction team. The systems were installed in four
solar fields that began operation on April 14, 2012. The Aluminum parts are supplied by Hydro Aluminum
Extrusion Americas. DEGERenergie is global market leader for solar tracking systems and operates two
production facilities in North America.
Apex has established the four small solar plants with tracking technology "made in the US and Germany" as
part of the TVA Renewable Energy Program, Generation Partners. TVA, the Tennessee Valley Authority,
is a corporation owned by the U.S. government, providing electricity for 9 million people in parts of seven
southeastern states. TVA, which receives no taxpayer money and makes no profits, also provides flood
control, navigation and land management for the Tennessee River system and assists utilities and state
and local governments with economic development. Each solar park is equipped with 28 type 6000NT
DEGERtrakers and thus designed for a power of up to 200 kilowatts.
This is the first project DEGERenergie completed together with its partner Hydro Aluminum in the US.
Hydro Aluminum supplies Aluminum rails for the tracker systems. In Europe, DEGERenergie has already
been working with Hydro for a long time. Now, both companies have expanded their cooperation to the US
market.

 

Solar Farm in Delavan, Wisconsin

Setting up a solar farm with a total of 114 MLD tracking systems DEGERtraker 6000NT from the German
world market leader for solar tracking systems, DEGERenergie.
DEGERenergie reports continued success in the U.S. market. Currently, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, based
company Convergence Energy LLC is setting up a solar farm with a total output of approximately 1
megawatt. For this project, a total of 114 MLD tracking systems of the DEGERtraker 6000NT are deployed
(MLD = Maximum Light Detection). With more than 45,000 systems installed worldwide, DEGERenergie is
the global market leader for solar tracking systems.
15 solar systems developed in Horb, Germany, have already been set up at the new solar farm in Delavan,
Wisconsin. Another 99 will be following in the next weeks. Thanks to the patented MLD technology from
DEGERenergie, the U.S. full service provider of solar energy equipment plans to achieve a considerable
increase in yield for itself and its customers, which would not be possible with conventional technologies.

Setup Non Profit Step of Loves

December 2013 to Present

I was searching online for a place to donate some items, I found Vincent (Founder of Step of Loves) and
gave him a call, he came to our home to pick up a the items we had for the orphanage. When my husband
and I met with Vincent, we immediately felt a connection, we asked some questions and he told us about
the orphanage. We offered our help to help set up communication tools to gather more donations. After a
couple of months we went with Vincent to the orphanage and felt in love with the children. We met a couple
of times with him, went a couple of times back to the orphanage and we started to gather more donations and
doing fundraising to fix some small urgent things at the orphanage, we had a great respond from friends and
family, at one point we needed to start giving receipts for the donations, to keep everything transparent we
then decided to start a non profit. Vincent then introduced us to Karina, she joined our group and she did so
much for the organization, I do not know what we would have done without her. My husband and I had to
step away after the non profit was set up but we are very happy to see how much the organization has grown
and that the children are benefiting from all this.
